Soulful Melodies and Heartfelt Performances

Jonathan Bernstein came from a musical family; his father was a concert-level pianist, and his mother was a former big band singer. He’s been folksinging since age 13 when his late mother did him the favor of telling him, “You’ll never stick with the guitar.” Raised in the heyday of folk music, he played at private parties, on college campuses, and at coffee houses until refocusing on his “day jobs” for 40+ years. Recently relocated to Sun City Palm Desert, he offers his fellow Baby Boomers in the Coachella Valley a taste of their musical youth with cover tunes they’ll recognize and want to sing along with some unique musical comedy.

His current billing rate is $100 for one hour, $150 for two hours.
